Judicial Branch
The Student Government Association Judicial Court deals with rules, regulations, constitutionality, elections, conduct and safety. You may also view our Judicial Court Orders, most of which are public .
Led by the Chief Justice, the Judicial Court handles a broad range of cases. They review the Association rules and regulations, ensure their constitutionality, investigate misconduct by Senators, Representatives, and officers. The Judicial Court is also empowered to impeach members of the executive or legislative branches and can remove them from office with cause.

Board of Elections
The Board of Elections is an independent panel that runs the election by attracting qualified candidates and enforcing the election rules. The Board is empowered to disqualify candidates, but their decisions can be appealed before the Judicial Court. The advisor also serves as a member of the Board of Elections.
