SENATE BILL

An Act pertaining to the allocation of Student Government Association funds for graduation stoles for graduating Student Government Association members.

It is enacted by the Providence Campus Student Government Association as follows:

Whereas: The Johnson & Wales University Student Government Association would to like to purchase graduation stoles for members graduate each year.   

Whereas: The graduation stoles would be in royal blue and have white lettering on them; the Student Government Association’s logo would be on one side and Johnson & Wales logo on the opposite.

Let it be ENACTED: That Student Government Association will be purchasing 20 graduation stoles for the Class of 2010 graduating members. 

BE IT HEREBY ORDERED: That Student Government Association will use Student Government Association funds to purchase these stoles and once a finalized price is given, Senate members will be informed.
